With Music Together®Online, you’ll have access to the same high-quality music and movement curriculum loved by millions of families and teachers around the world—from home!
Like all our classes, Music Together Online is designed to teach the way young children learn: through play. During each online music class, Music Together teachers Heart & Beat Music will lead music activities for the whole family to sing, play, and jam along to and show you how to make everyday items like dish towels, pots, and stuffies into musical props. Even though your teacher is on the screen, each class has been designed as an active music-making experience for little ones and their grownups.
All classes will use theaward-winning songsfrom one of our nine collections. When you enroll, you will receive a code to access your music and digital songbook through our award-winningHello Everybody app. You’ll also receive an invitation to an online community exclusively for enrolled parents (unlimited Facebook Live mini-classes almost everyday!), with bonus at-home activities and inspiration to keep the music-making going throughout the week.
Classes are appropriate for children under 5, but the entire family is welcome (and encouraged!) to participate in the musical fun.
With Music Together®Online this fall, the teachers you know and love from Heart & Beat Music Together will bring music class into your living room. Like all of our classes, the program is designed to teach the way young children learn: through play! Your whole family will have a blast singing, dancing, and jamming along to songs from the updated Bongos collection with live weekly ZOOM classes. You will also have access to classes from ALL of our teachers each week ON DEMAND videos and mini-classes through Facebook Live. All families will receive a hard-copy songbook and CD by mail that will inspire you to make music all day.
What about screen time for babies, toddlers and preschoolers?
Here is the difference between at home family music making and screen time...YOU! This is in no way meant to be a passive screen experience, this is an opportunity for you to set aside time each week for family music making. Just like in our classrooms, you are still your child's most important role model. Your child will interact with their teacher and their classmates weekly, but it is truly the musical interaction with you and your enthusiastic participation that will support their musical development. We'll facilitate fun ways to play with these songs at home to enrich and nurture your child's musical environment and create a family musical bond that will last a lifetime.
